Webkinz Room- Server Connection?

My younger sister gave me a Webkinz Black Bear for Christmas as her "Secret Santa" gift. I signed up and went to log in, but there were (of course) many children on at the time, so i received an error window, saying: "Oops... I am sorry, we can't connect to Webkinz World. Please log in later for more fun and games. You will now be logged out." -I tried again later in the day On the 26th, i tried again; I could log in, couldnt buy things without the error message coming up. I also couldnt buy things on the 27th. The 28th, I could buy things, but i could not enter my room without the window coming up. Today, i can't enter my room. I have bought many items, and can't use them because i can't access my room! I checked "Customer Support" and updated my flash player as it said, but still no connection. My younger sister, who is ten, can access her Room, but i cannot. Is this an error with their server, my computer, or the creators of Webkinz world? Is there any way to solve this?

  1. Im not really sure, with hundreds of kids going on that every hour, Im almost postitive its the server. I would just try again. (perferbably at night, when less kids are on) Hope this helps!
  2. Webkinz has become the hottest item this holiday season. The Webkinz website was jammed during Christmas time due to a insane number of users and traffickers. Also, did your parents approve you to use Webkinz, because they have to approve it in their email. Ask your parents to check their emails and approve you. So, yes, it is a problem with their server because their was not designed to handle large amount of users at once. Im pretty sure they will fix this in the futures. I would suggest you to try and log on again sometimes after the holiday seasons.
  3. I am going to be of no help to you at all, but wanted to let you know that every problem you described is happening to me too! A friend of mine was able to log on to my computer and enter her room (she had previously set it up on her on computer) However, when I bought my son his webkinz we still cannot get into a room/buy a room/name a room, etc. We get the same message as you. Just to let you know you aren't alone :)
