Webkinz POTM- lilkinz pig- NO EXCLUSIVE ITEM!?

I adopted my lilkinz pig, the march pet of the month, and i recieved a loot bag. I got a W shop coupon, 800 kinzcash, and a Wish Token. I am wondering why i did not get my exclusive item? It was my tenth webkinz pet, so i received a super bed. I wonder if the superbed replaced my exclusive pet of the month item. I wasn't worried about it for the first few days because i thought that my wish token was going to get me an exclusive POTM item, but no. only TEN wish tokens will. If anyone can help that'd be great. Also if anyone knows Ganz (Webkinz) email adress, please give me it. Thanks so much!

  2. No, the super bed did not replace the POTM exclusive item. Ganz had a glitch and this happened to several people, including me and a few of my friends! You need to contact Ganz, you also need to have your webkinz tag with your code on it so that they can reference your account. Someone had reported (however I never saw this) that Ganz was requesting people not to adopt their pigs until March 6th. I do not have their contact info on me at this time but you can do a search on the web for "ganz" and you should be able to come up with something. I hope this helped you a little! Good luck
