What is a webkinz Charm code or just a charm?

I'm not liking the new webkinz layout and what is a webkinz charm code or a webkinz charm? Please help.

1. How do you not like the new layout!!! I LOVE it! Well I guess it is going to take a while to get used to for everyone (including me) well anyways a webkinz charm code can be retrived from purchasing a webkinz charm. These I am assuming can be purchased where webkinz and webkinz trading cards are sold. I am guessing it is about the same thing as the trading cards. 2. Please help me! I can not see my pet or my whole dock or anything. I hate it! Please help me with making the thing fit my screen! My resolution is the highest possible. :(
