1. You need to buy a webkinz at a Hallmark or somewhere else that they sell them. They are 8 or 10 dollars to buy, and you do need a code. They are not free, and you can have a LOT of fun with it. What I would do is buy the webkinz instead of asking someone else for it. They come with a code, and that is where the code is.
2. Have you bought the stuffed animal yet? If so, you need to look inside the tag that is attached to the front leg of the animal. Enter the secret code when prompted on the website an you should be good to go. If you still can't get in, their customer service number is listed on their website under the FAQ. If you don't have a stuffed animal, you need to buy one. When you buy a toy, you get 12 months access to the website. At a cost of $7-$10 for one year, it's a bargain.
