WEBKINZ....................help?

I adopted a new Webkinz and went to print the adoption page and my screen went blank and therefore never got to print the document to show proof of my Webkinz. It is already regestered and I can play with it in Webkinz world but I want the adoption paper in my hand. Is there anyway to get it. Iwent to re-adopt it and it said the code had already been used. Wrote support center but still no answer. Anybody know how I can get the actual adoption certificate printed for this particuliar webkinz???!!!!

  1. Ok, go log into webkinz world (normal way). Then click on the THINGS TO DO menu and click on MY PETS. So, then click on adoption certificate.
  2. go to my pets and click on the thing that says adoption certificate then you can print it
  3. Here are the steps: 1.) Log onto Webkinz 2.) Click on "Things To Do" 3.) Click on "My Pets" You should now be at a page called "Pet Status" 4.) Find where your animal is and click the button that says "Adoption Certificate". Hope I helped.

Ok, here's some easy-to-follow steps to help you: 1) go to www.webkinz.com 2) log in (normally) 3) go to the bottom right hand corner 4) click on Things to Do 5) click on My Pets (on the very bottom of the list) 6) go to Adoption Date 7) underneath Adoption Date, it will say BIO and ADOPTION CERTIFICATE; click on ADOPTION CERTIFICATE 8) click PRINT (under the certificate) Hope i helped =)
