~Webkinz~Charms & Trading Cards~?

Hi Webkinz Members, I have 12\13 webkinz and I just got 1 webkinz charm and a pack of trading cards I signed my webkinz feature code in the code shop and now I can't go on - to the charm forest. And for the trading cards I only got a dicekinz pack no kinzcash or anything. And don't ask me why because I don't why! If anybody knows please tell me. Thank You Very Much!! I need webkinz members to answer this only. Not anyone who doesn't know what webkinz mean. Thanks

  3. My daughter and I both got charms recently and had no problems. I'd suggest contacting customer support--they are really the only ones who can help you.
