Is the code shop working on Webkinz?

I just got a charm, and I want ot log it on, but when I went to the code shop, it loaded like halfway, and then froze. I tried again and again and again, and it still won't work. Its just frozen there. I tried turning off my computer off and then I tried again and it won't work!!! HELP ME!!! I'm desperate!

  2. Try going back to your room and reloading again. If that doesn't work, contact Webkinz support at support@webkinz.com. Good luck.
  3. Maybe you should try it on a different computer. I think Webkinz Charms are only for the Charm forest, though. You don't get prizes like Trading cards. You have to explore a forest. If it is not working on another computer, try e-mailing Ganz. So far they have always sent me a reply!

  5. You go to the charm forest not the code shop for charms. YOu go to the code shop for trading cards
  6. Log onto Webkinz then go to the Code Shop. Type in your code from your charm. And it should work.
