Why would Yahoo have removed this question?
I asked,
"Can you win a Webkinz trophy only if you're playing in the arcade, or can you win one in a tournament?"
I asked it under toys. In case you don't know, webkinz is a stuffed animal that comes with a virtual online version of your pet, and you can play games. You can win a trophy, and I just wanted to know if you could win only while playing in the arcade, or also in the tournament arena.
How in the world could this be considered a violation?!

- hmm, i think someone reported abuse by accident
- There are lots of nasty people on this site (trolls) who like to report others for no reason. The best thing to do is move and get used to it, because people like to violate others on yahoo answers. It’s a shame really. I for one do not get any thrill by reporting people and I rarely do it. I have only ever reported a question or answer if it seriously violates the community guidelines. If you have a PERSONAL reporter then the best thing to do is make your account private so that only your fans can see your questions and answers. This sometimes helps. But some people will just create another account and start reporting you from their. Maybe making your questions & answers private and not allowing people to add you as a contact will work. If you think you know who the reporter is try to block them! You got 10 points removed as punishment and a further two because you earned them while answering the question. If you would like to appeal please visit the link below (the chances are slim) http://messages.answers.yahoo.com/answers/forumview?bn=SEA-ViolationsNotice good luck!
- My guess: Some idiot didn't know what a Webkinz was, and they thought it was miscategorized, so they reported it. You can fight this, and hopefully get it restored. Go there to lodge your complaint. You sound like you have a valid one too...Good luck.
- I can't see any good reason for that myself. Sorry--we've all been there.
- I can't imagine how this would be a violation. Make a report about it on the Forum (up there in the upper right corner), and see if you can't get your points back, at least.
- If you still have the violation email do this: Reply where it says Reply. Say: WHY?? I got my points back when somebody reported my question.
