Dont know whats takin so long?

It takes a long time to load games like Big Fat Awesome House Party and Disney game Kingdom Online. It doesnt take anytime at all to play webkinz world. I have the latest version of Shockwave. Could it be my flash, Internet Service provider, or my connection? Can anyone help me?
