Webkinz world?

I cant see my dock in webkinz world heck some of the games i cant even see anymore i even tried ctrl f5 buttons at the same time that didnt work my screen cant get any more resolutionized its at he highest point and my webkinz screen is only half the size please help!!!!!

  1. on the webkinz.com screen press crtl and F5 at the same time - it will refresh the page and take you to the username and password page - enter it in - then you will view the whole page.
