webkinz connect!?

My friend bought her first webkinz. I told her about all the stuff you can do on there. when she entered her code, and got shown to her pets room, it said you can't connect to webkinz world, and logged her out. she tried to get back on when It said the diden't recognize her. She went back to the Im a new member and tried everything again. Miss Birdy said that is not a real code. My friend tried to contact webkinz on support@webkinz.com and never got back to her. she called Ganz and the were no help at all. do you know what elese we could do?

  1. Well, the faulty connection may be the fault of millions of users trying to access it at the same time. happens to me all the time. It probably didn't recognize her, because she never fully finished the account making process. And once you put in a code once, you cannot use it again. Try contacting support@webkinz.com again.   2. im so sorry for your lost!!!! (i know it sounds like someone died but it seems like it!!!!) no im sorry theres nothing you can do!! it is completely lost and you cant get it back. ive lost probably 7 special or rare items to this!. it says sorry cannot connect to server and if you try to log back on many items will be gone!!!
