Why won't my webkinz world work?

Webkinz world won't work. It always goes to CNN.com. Why does it do that? A link to webkinz.com that works would be great.Or you could tell me why this doesn't work or you can help me fix it. Please?

  3. If you are having trouble getting the webkinz page to work contact webkinz at SUPPORT@WEBKINZ.COM or call them at 1866-932-5469 I am sure they will help you past this issue you are having. :-)
