Why does nt my kids webkinz site work?

I have high speed internet.My kids cant log onto webkins. The past several days the log in site has a big brown spot over the log in icon.There appears to be no explanation? Server upgrades?

  1. Okay... scroll all the way down to the bottom of the opening screen. There should be two blue links, next to each other. One says "Log In" and one is "New Member" Click what you want to do.
