please help with my daughters webkins log in problem?

I just had a webkinz for my daughter so we're trying to open our account for the first time but when I go on the webkinz.com I can't have the window that allow me to enter my secret code. It looks like my computer can't open that window I put the site on trusted site but nothing work. please help if you have that problem before. thanks

1. Well maybe it has something to do with your computer. You could try contacting Ganz to see if they can help. Sorry this isn't really helping, but I don't know what to do.
2. well, to play on webkinz. com, your computer needs to have adobe flash player. Try downloading that and see what happens. That happened to me too, but after I down loaded adobe, it worked! Good luck!
3. Are you clicking on something wrong? There should be 2 tabs on the homepage, one saying LOG IN and the other SAYING NEW MEMBER. Click on the the NEW MEMBER tag, then you should see a penguin who will then walk you through the steps of adopting your new webkinz! Good luck!
4. Well, first of all you need to check that you have Adobe Flash player installed. If you don't have it installed, on webkinz it'll say you need to download it, and it should give you a link to the site and it'll give you an option to download it. If this isn't your problem then there's probably a lot of people on webkinz world and it's trying to load. If you mean you're getting the window, except it's loading too long then probably too many people are on and you need to try again either. If I didn't help solve your problem or you have Adobe Flash player installed and it's still not working you should contact Ganz by clicking the "Customer Support" button on the webkinz homepage.
