Ebay and amazon usually sells them cheap.If you're looking for a store that sells them,I would go to Walgreens because they're always in stock.If you go to other stores,they're usually out of stock.I know that Walgreens sell them more expensive than the original price which is$19.99,but they're easier to find there.Also you can go on webkinz.Then click store locator.Then choose your country,state,and city.Then it shows you some stores that sell them.I wouldn't go to the stores that they tell you to go to because they're almost always out of stock.I hope my answer helped your question!
