Where can I buy Webkinz locally?

My daughter is driving me up the walls...where I can buy regular sized webkinz plush toys by Ganz in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I have checked all the Carlton Cards and Hallmark stores in town and they are all out of stock? I don't want to buy these online because they are too expensive. I need these locally where I can inspect them before buying.

  1. On webkinz newz homepage, there was a notice: Due to the shortage of webkinz in stores, those with accounts expiring will be postponed until webkinz are more widely available.
  2. I have also been searching for a very long time. Most of the places I have been calling said that the manufactiror is out and trying to make more, and as soon as they get them in, they are gone like that! One thing that I did that might help is they added my to a waiting list, so when they are in they will call me. I hope this helped a little!
  3. You can buy Webkinz in Montreal at Toys on Fire ( a retail store located at 1539 Van Horne Avenue in the suburb of Outremont). They have a website: http://www.toysonfire.com There is also a Webkinz Convention/Show coming up at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Saint Laurent on Sunday, June 3, 2007 (for more info: http://briefurl.com/toycon). You should be able to trade and buy Webkinz plushes from the Lil Kinz to expensive discontinued regular sized ones.
