Webkinz???

Has the webkinz fad died down a bit? Last week, I had surgery and the night before, I went to the mall and my mom took me to Halmark and they had SO MANY WEBKINZ! It was CRAZY. They had, the black horse, raccon, brown lab, black lab, beagle, a lot of newly retired ones, many charms and trading cards. I got the black horse and a pack of trading cards, (I didn't see the charms until my mom had already paid.) So, has it died down a bit? They also had many none rare ones and what suprised me only 2 bags to carry webkinz in. They also had many I had NEVER seen before but as been out for a long time. My mom also supried me with a cheeky monkey the day after my surgey. :D The day OF my surgey I got the cheeky monkey They had the horse and the unicorn

  4. I don't really know for sure. I think the fad for younger children is dying. I think that it was originally made for 3,4,5 year olds. Now older kids go on.
  5. It is probably because they just got a shipment in, or people have already gotten as much stuff as they need/want.

On one of the sites about two months ago I recall reading about a strike I believe, if I remember correctly it was in a shipping company so they were not being shipped as much because of the stike. Now the strike probably is over so they are able to be shipped more. I am not positive of this but I think this is why they are more readily available. I can't find anything on the internet from a couple months ago. Sorry I can't help you more.
  7. Well, I doubt if it's dying down, but I never even heard of Webkinz until June, and I already have 15! I love it. I know that it's really popular among 1st graders because my friend's little girl is going into 1st grade, and all her friends have them. It's also popular among other ages too, and I'm 32 years old and I play on it. So does my 31-year old friend, so I'm not the only adult on there.
