Why are Polar Bear's Genitals shrinking?

Can anyone explain why Polar bear's penises are shrinking? Science attributes this to Global warming. http://www.livescience.com/animalworld/060823_polar_bears.html Why is it the Black Bear's genitals aren't shrinking? Does it have something to do with race?

  6. Are you trying to say Polar bears' genitals are smaller than Black bear's genitals simply because Black men are larger than White men? That's so stupid and racist of you. I know that Black men have a "reputation" but you shouldn't promote it by talking about bear's.
