Help with Panda Antivirus 2007!?

How do I completely uninstall Panda Antivirus 2007 from my system? When I try to uninstall it,it keeps saying "A previous uninstallation operation(without restart) has been detected.To install Panda Antivirus 2007 correctly,you must first restart your computer.Then install Panda 2007 again." I have restarted a couple of times and I still get this message. HELP!!!
