pandas cafe? panda bears cafe? the pandas cafe?

does anyone know what im talking about its this childrens book. the tittle is somewhere along those lines. and its about this panda bear who owns a resturant and it becomes very busy and at the end a little mouse comes in and asks for a table for one and he says thiers no room left. and the mouse is sad then an elephant thinks of an idea. and makes his suitcase into a table for the mouse. and i know this is silly but its important does anyone know what book im talking about and the title of it?
