becoming a member of webkins? blank screen?

My son wanted me to ask this, he wants to become a member of Webkins, but when he tries he gets a blank screen. I think the problem is on Webkins site, but I don't know anything about computers, well not much anyway.

2. Yes, this is quite common but there's an easy solution. It would be a bit easier to answer if you told us if you tried signing up again. I just want to assure you that it won't say your secret code is used when you try again. You can go to: http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/li.php And click I'm getting a White Screen. It should tell you what to do.Or it's just that too many people are trying to adopt a webkinz or are on their webkinz account, you can try again later.
