Has anyone had a problem with the new version (8/1) of Webkinz?

Ever since the new version was released, we can no longer maximize the Webkinz World window, we can only see a tiny little piece. We can't scroll around either, we can only work with that little tiny window and what's there that we can see. I have tried a million things and nothing works! This is frustrating, addiing to my frustration is the fact that I can find no technical support that helps. Thanks!!!
