why can't I sign in a a new member on webkinz? I tried everything but can't have the new member login window

Please help just had a webkinz pet for my little one . I went on the website( webkinz.com) I can view the sign without problem but when I click on login/new member nothing happens. I installed flash player everything, I allow all cookies , I put the when site on my trusted site but nothing I can't login to create my account. Please note I have a window vista. thanks all for your help I need help urgently for my daughter

1. The popup blocker may be causing this. Or you installed the flash player incorrectly. Show me a screenshot of the screen you get (for this press Prnt Scrn key, and then open Paint, and click paste (or press and hold Crlt and then V) and save it, upload on photobucket or something, and show the link here, maybe then someone will be able to help you. ANd congrats on getting your kid a webkinz pet, I think they are great toys, develop creativity and are very educational. Easy to get addicted to, but still great.
2. Please let me know if you resolved this. We just bought 2 lilkinz and we are having the same trouble. When we click on any other link on the page it is fine. Only the new member or login link is the problem. We get a white screen.
