Help! I adopted a new Webkinz pet for my sister, and now I can't find the old pet!!! Please help!!!!?

Okay, so my 4y/o sister got her second Webkinz animal, and so I helped her adopt it. On the login page, I put in our info, then clicked 'Adopt a Pet'. I put in the info from the new animal, then that duck lady said that I was renewed for a whole new year. The problem is, the first animal was only registered in February (07). What now? I can't find the first pet's room! Did I delete it? How do I get it back?!?! My sister worked so hard on that account, and she'll be devastated if she finds out that her animal was deleted! Please help fast!!!

  1. Hi, By the sounds of it, It seems you created a complete new account. It sounds like you didn't adopt it in the same account as the first one. See if you have two different log on names. Let me know if that helps you. You can ask me questions on this site. webkinzonly.piczo.com
  2. it seems you have created 2 different accounts. sadly now you will have to log in separately for both animals. next time you get one then when you are loged on to one of the accounts go to adoption center (under things to do) and adopt it there! that way the pets can live together. good luck!!! =)
