why can't i get on webkinz world?

ok i have one of those animals called webkinz and you can get on the internet and enter a secrete code. well i have a cat, and i can't get on and feed it. i've had the account for three weeks now and the computer says it's doing matence work. why do they wanna do that? i had no problem with it!

  1. well um ur pet goes in to something like a pause mode so that when u log off the health, hunger, and the happieness will never change unless ur on it. i guess ull just have to wait untill they r done working on it. i was on just a few hours ago and it worked fine. oh and add me im floopy111. hope this helps bye!
