Why can't i put clothes on my pink googles webkinz?

i've tried for the past 2 days, but the clothes won't show up on my pet.

1. i think it is because it has no arms but you should be able to do hats
2. is it a hamster if so it will chew them best not put them on him/her
3. That is weird. I think I would contact Webkinz. I have had a problem with things getting stuck and I can't remove them. I have a dog ear lamp on the floor.
