Trouble with Webkinz clothes - Help please?

My son just got his first Webkinz and I read in the guide book how to dress & undress them on the website, BUT what is the dock? Is that the box with places for each type of clothing? I have tried clicking and holding down the mouse button on the clothes the pet has on but I can't drag them off the pet. Please help a desperate mom! Thanks!

1. I had the same problem too. For me, if i click and drag the item of clothes just above the dock where the purple strip is (to the right of where the time is) it tends to work. Hope that helps.
2. All you have to do is go to your Webkinz bedroom. In the right hand corner you should see a link that says Dress My Pet. Click on it. Then if you want to take clothes off your pet simply drag it from the box and put it in the bottom dock. When taking clothes off a Webkinz you should drag the clothing item bellow the Dress My Pet menu. Then it should come off. Also, the dock is the bottom blue thing. You see it the whole time you play Webkinz unless you are playing a game. Good Luck! :)
3. in your room you click dress pet and then drag diffrent clothes to the box
4. okay in his room at the top, there should be a button the says "dress" click on it. whatever u want 2 come off of his webkinz drag to the pictue of the pet in the bottom right hand corner. It will only work if you drag it to the pet, not the dock. It should come off. Hope I helped
