Has anyone had a problem w/new webkinz secret codes? Just bought a new webkinz for my 7 yr old daughter for Xmas & 1st it told me that my secret code was accepted & then when we tried puting in adoption info (name, etc.) it says that secret code has been used. When I try to log back on to the webkinz world to contact them, it kicks me out. Now that I see all the issues everyone is having w/the website, I have to wonder is this toy even worth it. This is 1st webkinz so i wouldn't know but it sure doesn't seem like it. Don't like the fact that my daughter was excited to get on & then has been so disappointed because no one from cust support has even got back to me. Any suggestions, anyone? Thx.

Webkinz adoption center? Ok when I enter a secret code to create an account, it goes to the page where I have to pick the name and gender, but then it says the code is incorrect. Why doesn't it stop at the code page like other codes?

M&Ms said that there was a cheat or code in the adoption center on webkinz, that when you type something, you get a free virtual webkinz cheeky cat, dog, or even love puppy. I have a webkinz secret code problem? I got a new webkinz "beagle" for Christmas. His name is Copper. I entered in the name of the pet, and then the secret code, and then it said The code has allready been used. I know I haven't used it because I just got it. I clicked on the adoption issues under customer support and it said they will get back to me within 1-3 buisness days. It's been almost 5 days now and still no Copper!? Did I miss a step?

WEBKINZ....................help? I adopted a new Webkinz and went to print the adoption page and my screen went blank and therefore never got to print the document to show proof of my Webkinz. It is already regestered and I can play with it in Webkinz world but I want the adoption paper in my hand. Is there anyway to get it. Iwent to re-adopt it and it said the code had already been used.
