Webkinz Cheats

Webkinz without a home!? Three of my children received Webkins for Christmas. They cannot enter their rooms or chat with others (a cousin) without getting logged off (error message: we cannot connect to webkinz world, you will be logged out now). They can play games and feed their animals but cannot play with them etc. Does anyone know how to remedy this? We have contacted Ganz about this problem. Haven't heard back from them and the kids were hoping that someone else might have a resolution.

Is anyone having trouble with Webkinz? My son just got a webkins and I'm having trouble adopting it. I got as far as a username and password. It is saying oops server error. I then got out and went back in and was able to put in the code. Then it said it can't connect to webkinz world and I was being logged off. The account is their but I can't do anything else it just keeps saying It can't connect but my other sons goes right through. No problems. Maybe with Christmas there's alot going on with it's site. Also does anyone know how to contact them? I went to customer service and it asks for the info of this account I just did but it then says they don't have that on file. I thought to start over and open another account but I can't use the code again. Help. He really wants to use it.

Whats the diffrence between webkins and lil kins? Do you use the same website? Are their different things you can do with lil kinzs then webkinzs and is a 4 year old too young? I'm just not sure if my son is too young for one he knows nothing about computers. I have used webkinz world but i think its too hard so I just need to know is it easier if you have a lil kinzs?
